q22 What We Carry in Our Live Casino Studio

What We Carry in Our Live Casino Studio

Our live casino studio section pulls from multiple dedicated broadcast studios, each running real dealers and physical cards or a real roulette wheel on camera. Evolution handles flagship tables like Lightning Baccarat and Immersive Roulette; Pragmatic Play Live adds its own high-speed Baccarat and Speed Roulette rooms. The lobby is sorted by table type — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and Dragon

Tiger — so you can filter by game rather than scroll through everything. RTP figures are displayed only where the studio or provider publishes them directly on the table interface. Players in Kuala Lumpur access the same full room list on mobile browser without any separate download required.

HELP WHILE YOU PLAY

Support Channels for Live Table Sessions

If something interrupts your live studio session — a dropped connection mid-round, a bet that shows as pending, or a dealer-room access issue — our support team can check the session log against your account. Reach us through the channels below and have your account ID and table name ready to speed things up.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from the lobby while you're in a studio room. Share the table name and round ID so we can pull the session record straight away.
Email Support For non-urgent issues — a voided round, a bet discrepancy, or a studio access question — email us with your account number and a screenshot of the table if you have one.
Account Help Centre Check the Help section in your account dashboard first — it covers common live-table questions like disconnection policy, round settlement timing, and studio room availability by region.
HOW WE RUN THIS

How We Keep Live Studio Play Fair and Consistent

Live casino studio games operate differently from slots — the outcome comes from a physical deal or spin on camera, not a random number generator. Here is what we do to keep the experience consistent and accountable at q22.

Certified Studio Partners

Every live studio room we carry — from Evolution to Pragmatic Play Live — operates out of regulated broadcast facilities. We do not host unverified or unlicensed streams.

Round History in Your Account

Every live table bet is logged against your account in real time. You can review individual round outcomes, bet amounts and settlement results directly from your transaction history.

Physical Dealing, On Camera

Baccarat, Blackjack and Dragon Tiger are dealt with real cards by a studio dealer. Roulette uses a physical wheel. The video feed is the record — there is no RNG involved in the deal.

Fair Access Across Rooms

All live tables shown in the lobby are open to your account at the same stake ranges listed on the table tile. No hidden requirements to access a specific studio room.

Live Casino Studio Terms You Should Know

New to live dealer tables or just want to know what a specific term means before you sit down? These are the phrases you will see most often in our studio lobby.

01
What is a squeeze in Live Baccarat?

A squeeze is a dramatic card-reveal technique where the dealer slowly bends and peels the card. It is purely theatrical — it does not change the odds or outcome of the hand in any way.

02
What does RTP mean in live casino games?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of bets a game returns over many rounds. In live tables, RTP is only shown where the studio provider publishes it on the game interface.

03
What is a side bet in live Blackjack?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main Blackjack hand, usually on specific card combinations like Perfect Pairs or 21+3. Side bets carry their own odds and payout rules.

04
What does 'no more bets' mean in live Roulette?

When the dealer calls 'no more bets', the betting window has closed and no new chips can be placed. Any bets already on the table stand; late bets are automatically voided by the system.

05
What is a Tie bet in Dragon Tiger?

A Tie bet in Dragon Tiger wagers that both the Dragon and Tiger cards will be of equal value. It pays at higher odds than the main bets but has a lower probability of landing.

06
What is a multi-seat table in live casino?

A multi-seat table lets several accounts join the same dealer round at once. Each seat places its own bets independently. The dealer deals one hand per position, and each account settles separately.

Common Questions About Live Casino Studio at q22

These are the questions we see most often from people exploring our live studio lobby for the first time — or coming back after a break and wanting to know what has changed.

Our lobby includes rooms from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, covering Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and Dragon Tiger. The studio name appears on the table tile before you open the room.

Yes. All studio rooms load in your mobile browser without a separate download. The table interface adjusts to your screen, including the betting grid and dealer video feed. iOS and Android both work.

Open the deposit section of your account, select Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay, enter the amount, and confirm with your e-wallet PIN. The balance reflects in your account wallet before you enter the room.

If your connection drops mid-round, the bet already placed remains active and settles based on the actual dealer outcome. You can check the settled result in your account transaction history once you reconnect.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. Check your account region settings or contact our support team if a specific studio room is not showing in your lobby.

RTP is only displayed where the studio provider publishes it directly on the game interface. Not all live tables include RTP data — this is a provider decision, not something we set independently.
